This software measures 3D morphological features of cortical bone.
Open the CT tomogram under the folder, measure the cortical bone,
and display in tabular form Output a CSV file.
Changes in the thickness and perimeter of the cortical bone from the head
of the femur to the epiphysis can be graphed.
It works as an option of 3D bone morphometric measurement
software TRI/3D-BON.

Main function

2. Interpolation extraction of bone marrow area
         If the bone marrow area cannot be
automatically extracted, manually
trace and extract several cross-sectional images
and interpolate between them.
3. Correction of cortical bone rupture
　　　If there is a tear in the cortical bone, it can be corrected by
3D image processing or interpolation.
