Fast 4D viewer TRI/4D-VIE III
Based on in vivo X-ray CT images and ultrasonic tomographic
images of small animals,
we rapidly visualize changes in bone tissue over time and movement
in four dimensions.
Also supports confocal laser scanning microscope images.
Suitable for analysis of bone growth and movement, growth
of cultured cells, and movement analysis of intracellular
biomolecules.
Main use
Observation of bone growth
A 3D image of the observation point is created using a
tomographic image that has been precisely and automatically
corrected for positional deviation on the time axis,
so bone growth can be completely reproduced in 3D.
Exercise observation and measurement
Intermittent CT scans are performed while the joints of a
small animal are moving,
and fixed points are aligned to reproduce joint movements.
