Through-hole measurement   TRI/3D-VNET
This software uses X-ray CT images and transmission electron microscope
CT images of 3D porous structures to extract interconnecting pores contained
in the sample, and measures the length, width, contact cross-sectional area
and direction between cavities in 3D. To do.

Input: X-ray CT image or transmission electron microscope CT image
 Output: Via network

Option

feature

  • Extraction of through holes
  • A continuous cavity network structure is extracted and
    displayed in different colors.
  • Display of selected through-hole network, cross-section cut
    movie display of material
  • Direct measurement of through-hole network cross-section
  • The cavity is divided into passages that connect branch points,
    and the minimum
cross-sectional area shape and length of each passage are measured.
  • Communication hole length measurement, width measurement
  • Measurement of the continuity index of the flow path between two
    specified points
  • Measurement of cohesion within the cavity substructure.

Channel conductivity measurement items

  • Skeleton display of communication hole
  • Quantification of the "conductivity" of communicating holes
  • Extraction of optimal path from arbitrary cross section A to
    cross section B
  • By combining with the particle soft TRI/3D-PRT, the conductive
    porous material
can be separated individually and the volume of the porous material
    can be calculated.
Surface area, anisotropy, contact cross-sectional area and their
    distribution can be measured.
